Project Overview
Stargate Marketing Solutions & Services, Inc. is a dynamic partner for both multinational and local brands. They specialize in merchandising, promotions, and brand activations, and they bring over 30 years of leadership experience to the table. With a team of 3,000+ employees supporting over 15,000 retail stores nationwide, they use their own smart tools and data driven strategies to manage teams efficiently across every retail channel. They’re all about creating flexible, growth focused partnerships that boost brand visibility right where it counts at the point of purchase.
For their new website, I built a custom WordPress site completely from scratch. I used Gutenberg and avoided heavy page builders to keep things fast, clean, and easy to manage down the road.
The company was ready for a fresh start, their old site was built on ASP.NET, and the original developer was no longer available. They needed a modern, user friendly website that their own team could update easily. We also made sure to include an integrated application form and a job vacancies section, so they can smoothly accept and process applicants from all over the country.

Key Features & Development Highlights
Multi-Phase Application Form
A segmented form to maximize completion. Phase 1 requires minimal entry, only key fields for HR to assess eligibility reducing early abandonment. Qualified applicants are invited to complete Phases 2 and 3 to finalize their submission.
Applicant Management Dashboard
A centralized dashboard for HR to track and manage candidates. Features include qualifying applicants for next phases and generating PDF information sheets.
Third-Party HR App Integration
Exports applicant data and uploaded files in a compatible format for seamless transfer into the company’s third-party HR system.
Employee-Only Pages
Access-restricted pages for company personnel, hosting internal information boards, training materials, and resources.
Unique Applicant Tokens
A unique, secure token is generated for each applicant, enabling an auto-save feature. Applicants can use this token to return and complete their unfinished forms at any time.
