The Lupong Tagapamayapa (Lupon) is a barangay-based body, composed of 10 to 20 members and chaired by the Punong Barangay, that settles minor community disputes through mediation and conciliation decongesting court dockets in the process. To support this mandate, we proposed a browser-based case record management system built with Laravel, enabling a fully paperless workflow across all devices. It works online and offline, supports real-time multi-user access, and requires no installation, making it highly practical for resource constrained settings.
Designed with a modular and intentionally simplified interface, the system minimizes development complexity while remaining scalable for future enhancements. This approach ensures the entire solution is both immediately deployable and financially viable within the barangay’s current budget.

Added to both the dashboard and the main cases page to enable fast and easy retrieval of case information.
To enhance data security and prevent unintended data loss, a soft delete feature has been integrated into the case management module.
The app includes a settings page that allows users to customize theme colors, change the cover page, and update system logos.
