Project Overview
Annually, Notre Dame of Marbel University High School and Notre Dame of Marbel for Girls High School co-host a large-scale reunion. As a member of the organizing batch (Batch ’97), I recognized the logistical challenge of managing approximately 64 batches (from 1957–2021) and tracking each attendee and their guests using manual, paper-based methods.
To streamline the process, I developed a custom digital application that solves these planning and execution hurdles, ensuring efficient coordination and a smoother event experience for all.
The Challenge
- Reliance on paper-based systems likely sign-in sheets, registration forms, which are slow and difficult to organize
- Lack of Real-Time information & accessibility
- Long check-in lines, confusion, and a disjointed experience due to disorganized processes
